CLOUDRAVEN LABS / FLIGHTHUB

Privacy & project notes

FlightHub is an early experimental workshop. It stores your account email, saved design parameters, and build notes in AWS. Each account can access its own designs, learning records, notes, and retained build packages.

Flight Design Lab

You can explore the Design Lab without an account. Drafts may be kept in this tab's session storage so you can return after a refresh. Signing in and choosing Save creates a private design in your account; exploring does not publish your work. Paper guides are generated in your browser. Printed-build and fit-coupon packages are generated from your saved design and build attempt on the server, then retained privately in AWS with their evidence snapshot and checksum. Download links expire after five minutes; Studio can issue a new link to the same file. Studio stores saved designs and printed-build observations in AWS. My FlightHub retains historical learning records, quiz answers, certificates, profile details, and notebook entries for signed-in accounts. Use nicknames for younger learners; do not enter children's full names, contact details, or other identifying information. Standard hosting logs may also be processed when visiting the site.

Adults manage kit requests, educator enrollment, and publication requests. When the lab service is enabled, FlightHub stores the adult contact email, chosen school/teacher, grade band, kit quantity, or submitted design and brief in AWS for review. Account owners and authorized lab staff can access their relevant request records. Selecting a teacher does not establish consent or notify the teacher. Staff verify school roles and sharing permissions before approval.

Verified educators authorize a public directory entry containing their school, region, and teacher display name. Published designs contain only reviewed public text, a configuration, a generic contributor credit, license, and release metadata. Private contacts, school selections, and raw briefs are excluded. Owners can withdraw active requests and published listings from the lab. Withdrawal does not erase audit records or revoke copies and licenses already downloaded. Contact CloudRaven Labs for record deletion; request data is retained until removed by staff.

Optional contributions happen on The Museum of Flight’s website under its own privacy terms. FlightHub receives no payment information or donation confirmation. Donations are not required for a download or kit request, and do not reserve a Museum visit.

When you request design options, your design answers and refinement text are processed through the OpenAI API to suggest supported settings. Do not include personal or confidential information in that text. Manual design controls work without this step. Saved build observations do not alter design files.

Experimental designs

All generated files are experimental and have not been physically validated. The supplied 3MF files contain unsliced geometry; choose your actual printer, plate and filament in Bambu Studio. Scout is an airframe and interface study, not a complete flyable aircraft.

Your records

Saved design revisions remain in your account; Studio creates a new revision when you save changes and preserves the earlier revision. Retained build packages preserve the observations included at export time; later observations create a new package snapshot. These files remain private. Learning records and certificate snapshots remain until removed through a record-deletion request to CloudRaven Labs. The personal notebook can be cleared and saved from My FlightHub. Build notes record your own observations and are not independent verification. For account removal or other privacy questions, contact CloudRaven Labs through cloudraven.io.

Original designs

FlightHub is independent of Flightory and Bambu Lab. The printable starter geometry is developed for FlightHub; the Classic Dart follows a common paper-airplane pattern. Workshop hero imagery is AI-generated concept photography, not a photograph of a tested FlightHub build.
